1. Overview. At Plumpi, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This policy explains how users can request the deletion of their data and outlines our procedures for processing such requests.

2. Your Right to Request Deletion. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected and processed by Plumpi. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Event registration and ticketing history
  • Communication and support correspondence
  • Any content you may have uploaded to the platform (unless otherwise required for legal or operational reasons)

3. How to Request Data Deletion. 

To request the deletion of your data: please contact us here.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Plumpi account
  • A clear request stating you wish to delete your personal data

Note: We may request identity verification to protect your privacy and security.

4. What Happens After You Submit a Request.

  • Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 business days.
  • Review: We will review and process your request within 30 calendar days unless an extension is required by law.
  • Deletion: If approved, your personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized. Some data may be retained if necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or contractual obligations.

5. Limitations. Plumpi may retain certain data where required to:

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service
  • Maintain transactional or accounting records (e.g., invoices or refund logs)
  • Such data will be retained only as long as necessary and will be handled securely.
